Wally Hachil

Mr. Hachil is Principal and Real Estate Asset Manager at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for the asset management of real property investments held in trusts and estates and for providing clients with proactive, highly personalized guidance and due diligence assistance on various real estate matters.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Wally was an investment associate with Prudential Real Estate Investors (now PGIM Real Estate), responsible for asset management functions including strategy, operations, leasing, and valuation for a portfolio of commercial real estate investments held in various funds including multi-family, industrial, retail, office, and hotel property types as well as mezzanine loans.

He is a member and past President of the National Trust Real Estate Association (NTREA).

Wally earned a B.A. in economics from Wesleyan University.
