Tanya D. Williams

Ms. Williams is Principal and Senior Investment Strategist at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she performs in-depth macroeconomic research and financial market analysis as well as delivers customized asset allocation and investment recommendations to clients.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2023, Tanya was Head of Macro Markets Strategy at BTIG, LLC, where she analyzed top-down macroeconomic drivers and published forward-thinking research for investors. Before that, she was Head of Manager/Strategy Research and chair of the investment committee at Fieldpoint Private Bank and Trust, and Head of Real Assets and Equity Research and a portfolio manager at Guggenheim Investment Advisors. She has also worked at EARNEST Partners and Calvert. Tanya began her career as an analyst at Brinson Partners (now UBS Global Asset Management).

Tanya earned an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University. She is a CFA® charterholder.
