Steven J. Dwyer

Mr. Dwyer is Senior Vice President and Real Estate Asset Manager at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for the asset management of real property investments held in trusts and estates and providing clients with proactive, highly personalized guidance and due diligence assistance on various real estate matters.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Steve was Senior Vice President in the Specialty Asset Management group at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Before that, he worked at Hines Interests, responsible for real estate asset management for a private real estate investment trust. Prior to that, he oversaw a national commercial property portfolio for Sumitomo Life Realty.

Steve earned an M.B.A. in real estate finance from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in economics, with departmental honors, from Claremont McKenna College.
