Rita C. Kane

Ms. Kane is Chief Human Resources Officer at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s human capital strategy and initiatives. In addition, she leads talent management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, recruiting, total rewards, HR technology, and HR operations. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Management Committee.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Rita was Managing Director at BlackRock, responsible for Human Resources for the ETF and Index Investments and the Global Client businesses, with previous leadership roles in Global Talent Management. Before that, she worked at Deloitte Consulting as a senior consultant in the Human Capital consulting practice, partnering with clients across industries to design, implement, and operate leading HR programs and processes.

Rita earned a B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
