Patrick M. Darcy

Mr. Darcy is Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Corporate Operations at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for oversight of information security, vendor oversight, corporate real estate, office services, and facilities. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate Information Security and Privacy Committee, Corporate Technology Committee, Vendor Management Committee, and the Crisis Management Oversight team. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Old Westbury Mutual Funds.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Patrick was an assistant vice president at U.S. Trust Company, responsible for information systems audits. Before that, he worked at Credit Agricole Indosuez as an assistant vice president, responsible for technology audits.

Patrick earned an M.B.A. in information and communication systems from Fordham University and a B.S. in business administration from the State University of New York at New Paltz. He holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist certifications.
