Michelle Orlowski

Ms. Orlowski is Managing Director, Senior Fiduciary Counsel, and Head of Estate Administration at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for managing all estates on which the firm serves as executor or personal representative. She works closely with clients, family members, and beneficiaries in order to facilitate the transfer of wealth in a tax-efficient manner and in accordance with the decedent’s estate plan.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2015, Michelle practiced law in the trusts and estates departments at various New York City law firms and was a member of the Estate Administration department at U.S. Trust.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Michelle earned an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, an M.A. in American history from Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and a B.A. in history and economics from Fordham College.
