Mark P. Guay

Mr. Guay is Principal and Real Estate Asset Manager at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for the asset management of real property investments held in trusts and estates and providing clients with proactive, highly personalized guidance and due diligence assistance on various real estate matters.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2013, Mark was Vice President, Senior Specialty Asset Manager at Bank of America Private Wealth Management, where he advised and managed a national portfolio of real estate assets held in high-net-worth trust and estate accounts. Before that, he was Vice President, Senior Real Estate Asset Manager at Citibank.

He is a member of the National Trust Real Estate Association (NTREA).

Mark earned a B.A. in economics from Stonehill College.
