Maria M. Tyler

Ms. Tyler is Managing Director and Regional Director at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for Bessemer's client relationships in South and Central Florida, as well as the management of our Miami office. In addition, she leads a team responsible for providing clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2009, Maria was Managing Director at Citi Private Bank, responsible for providing investment, asset allocation, estate, and succession planning advice to the largest families in the Private Bank. She also worked with cross-border families to ensure smooth transitions of wealth between generations.

She has served on the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and the Financial Planning Association of Miami.

Maria earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Florida. She is a CFP® professional. She lives with her husband in Coral Gables, FL, and has two sons.
