Lynn C. Halpern

Ms. Halpern is Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Counsel at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she oversees estate planners and fiduciary officers across the firm, as well as the Estate Administration group. In addition, she is responsible for working with clients and their advisors to develop practical and efficient wealth transfer plans, and for guiding the firm on fiduciary issues.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Lynn was Senior Vice President in the Estate Planning department at U.S. Trust. Before that, she was an attorney in the Trusts and Estates department of Pitney, Hardin, Kipp & Szuch (now Day Pitney, LLP). Before entering private practice, she served as a law clerk for the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Lynn earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
