Lucelly Dueñas
Fiduciary Counsel
Mrs. Dueñas is Principal and Fiduciary Counsel at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for working with clients and their advisors to develop practical and efficient wealth transfer plans, and for guiding the firm on fiduciary issues.
Prior to joining Bessemer, Lucelly was Vice President at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, responsible for strategic wealth planning for high-net-worth Latin American families. Before that, she was an associate at the law firms Guttenmacher & Bohatch, P.A. and Stephen A. Taylor, P.L.
She is a member of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Lucelly earned an LL.M. in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law and a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She also earned a B.S. in psychology and a B.A. in criminology from the University of Florida. She is fluent in Spanish.
