Lindsay A. Rehns

Mrs. Rehns is Principal and Fiduciary Counsel at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for working with clients and their advisors to develop practical and efficient wealth transfer plans, and for guiding the firm on fiduciary issues.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Lindsay was a partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, where she practiced as a trusts and estates attorney in its Private Client Services department.

She is a member of the Florida Bar, the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, and the American Bar Association. She was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and 2018.

Lindsay earned an L.L.M. in taxation and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a B.B.A., summa cum laude, in marketing and sport/event/hospitality management from the George Washington University School of Business.
