Joseph H. Shin

Mr. Shin is Principal and Senior Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he leads a team responsible for providing clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services. He is a member of the firm’s Special Investments and Discretionary Distributions Committee.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2006, Joe advised clients on financial planning, investment management, and trading strategies at Fidelity Investments and Charles Schwab & Co.

He is a member of the Dean’s Leadership Committee for the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Joe earned an M.B.A. from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a B.S., with honors, in finance from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor.
