Benetta Y. Park

Ms. Park is Managing Director and Regional Director at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for Bessemer’s client relationships within the Florida East Coast region, as well as the management of our Palm Beach office. In addition, she works with clients and their advisors to develop practical and efficient wealth transfer plans and guides the firm on fiduciary issues.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2024, Benetta was the president of a single-family office. Before that, she was Managing Director and Midwest Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Previously, she was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where she practiced estate planning and fiduciary litigation.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and serves on its Board of Regents and as a Board Director of the ACTEC Foundation. She is a member of the Business Planning and Charitable Planning and Exempt Organizations committees of ACTEC and is Chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. She has served as Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and speaks and writes on trust and estate planning and fiduciary topics.

Benetta earned a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
