Case Summaries Nongrantor Trusts – Structuring Checklist

Under some proposed legislation, most new trusts might be structured as nongrantor trusts. Even if that legislation is not enacted, planners sometimes want to structure trusts as nongrantor trusts. That is not necessarily easy to do.
